Paul is a member of the Law Society Children Panel, the Association of Lawyers for Children, and is a High Court (Civil) Advocate.

Paul is recognised nationally, first and foremost as a family lawyer. He also sits regularly as a part-time Judge in the County Court.

He has experience and expertise in all aspects of family law, and has a particular interest in proceedings concerning children and the financial aspects of divorce.

Paul has written extensively, both text books and articles with regard to family law and regularly lectures to professionals.

His qualifications as solicitor/advocate allows Paul to represent clients in all Courts, he regularly appears in the Family Proceedings Court, the County and High Court and recently in the Court of Appeal.
