Allan is a member of Resolution (formally Solicitors Family Law Association) and practices in accordance with their codes of conduct which are designed to promote constructive and non-contentious approach to family law.

Allan has been a member of the family law team since 2001 and qualified as a solicitor in 2003.

Allan has expertise in all areas of family law and particular experience in divorce / civil partnerships / co-habitation and separation / trusts of land and Appointment of Trustees Act/applications/care proceedings / injunctions / residence / contact / child abductions / specific issue applications/removal of a child from the jurisdiction.

Allan regularly represents his clients in the County Court and Magistrates' Court
