Sally is a member of Resolution (formally Solicitors Family Law Association).

Sally Smith has been a member of the family law team at Parker Bird since 1999, having previously worked for the Legal Services Commission. Sally has experience in dealing with all kinds of family matters including:-

• Divorce
• Civil Partnerships
• Cohabitation and Separation
• Residence and Contact disputes
• Child Abduction
• Injunctions
• Care Proceedings

Sally as a member of Resolution practices in accordance with their codes of conduct which are designed to promote a constructive and, non-confrontational approach to family law.

Sally regularly represents clients in the County Court and Magistrates Court. Sally also has experience in mental health law, and has represented clients at mental health tribunals.
