As a national of a European Union country, you are generally able to enter the U.K. to visit, work, or study. If you are exercising a Treaty right, then you are able to bring a wide range of family members with you into the U.K.

More recently, nationals of the accession countries are subject to further restrictions namely that to work in the United Kingdom they must register under the workers' registration scheme.

The laws applicable to European Union members with regards to wishing their spouse, family members etc. to enter/remain in the U.K. are different to those of the immigration laws for United Kingdom nationals and therefore advice should be obtained and we are happy to assist at Parker Bird Gardner
